 MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of Clay County Rehabilitation Center is:

• to provide services that are designed to enhance the independence, self-sufficiency and productivity of the disabled Clay County individuals served by our agency;
• to provide services in a manner that promotes the basic human rights, dignity, health and safety of the persons served;
• to assist disabled Clay County residents to realize their goals of learning, living and working in the community; and,
• to provide advocacy and support systems for disabled individuals and their families in a manner that assures the individuals’ involvement in planning, decision-making and implementation of services provided.
