Clay County Rehabilitation Center's Developmental Training Building provides developmental training services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Developmental Training Center is located in the center of Flora, at 530 West 4th Street, Flora, Illinois 62839. Consumers have easy access public transportation provided by CEFS and Clay County Rehabilitation Center also provides transportation means to the Agency. Operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. CCRC staff works closely with Department of Rehabilitation Services to assure that any language barriers are met at all times. All of CCRC buildings and grounds are fully handicap accessible.

Community Recycling Drop-Off Center 

The Recycling Center is located at 530 West 4th Street at the east end of the property, corner of 4th and West Street. Operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm After-hours and weekend drop-off containers are located on the east side of the Recycling Center building. Accepted materials include: donations of aluminum cans, plastic containers and bottles, magazines, newspaper, cardboard and office paper.

The Administrative Office is located at #1 Commercial Drive, Flora, IL.

All individuals interested in applying for a job must complete an application in person at this office. All accounts receivable and payable issues can be addressed with the Agency Accounting Department in this building.
