Missions Statement
- To provide services that are designed to enhance the independence, self-sufficiency and productivity of the disabled individuals in Clay County and surrounding counties served by our Agency.
- To provide services in a manner that promotes the basic human rights, dignity, health and safety of the persons served.
- To assist disabled residents of Clay County and surrounding counties to realize their goals of learning, living and working in the community; and
- To provide advocacy and support systems for disabled individuals and their families in a manner that assures the individuals' involvement in planning, decision-making and implementation of services provided.
History
Clay County Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is a 501© 3 Not-for-Profit Agency that was incorporated in 1974 and provides services to people with disabilities.. In the beginning the Agency had 5 employees and approximately 70 consumers. Today, the Agency has 60 employees and serves over 200 consumers.
